One day get away
The rook was nice. It has a smell that we couldn’t pin point. Just smelled old. The Boise from the freeway can be heard but easily covered by the sound of the heater. The patio and view were great. We were not told there was a shuttle service.

We can't access the patio for a sunset view of the golf course. The pillow is not comfortable. The worst part is we can hear people upstairs walking and opening the bath door all night long.

Beautiful property but…
Beautiful property. Loved the remodel. I didn’t like that there was any hint of a swimming pool. The pool, which was our view, is a mess. The concrete decking has buckled and is sticking up. There are weeds so high. There’s an old piece of wood over the hot tub. Why did I get an email saying that the pool wasn’t open until the end of the year. It won’t be open for years. And why did we get charged a resort fee of $11? There’s no amenities. No pool. No gym. I was told that the amenities are the restaurant and golf course. But that’s an amenity that people pay for, not that we receive for paying $11. I reviewed your website after being charged at the hotel. One part of the Hotels.com website says that the bill is paid in full before you get to the hotel. In another spot it says that you have to pay $11.
This is the swimming pool. What a mess!

The lady that checked us in, Aubrey, was a super sweet and extremely nice individual! She was super helpful and just great! The room was okay. Bed was comfy, but pillows were not. There was hair and ants in the tub, so that was not good. The water pressure was nonexistent as well. Location and view was really good though.
