It was a lovely hotel. The area is amazing. Touristy enough but calm. If you want to be where all the tourist attractions are, do not stay here. But if you want to see more German people and still be close to tourist things and be in a nice area, definitely recommend. The room was pretty big with a comfortable bed. The tv was not a smart tv and the Roku didn’t fit so it was annoying at night. The service was not great, asked for a few things multiple times before getting done and the lobby people were not very keen on helping. But it wasn’t bad. Overall a good stay, I would probably stay there again.

This was my second visit to Zoo Hotel and I will definitely return. It's a beautifully decorated building with luxury rooms, a brilliant bar and breakfast, approachable and helpful staff and the best lounge for relaxing in. Also, an ideal base for discovering Berlin away from the usual overly tourist areas.
