If you are looking for a Hotel for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing; this is recommended 100%. Everything fulfil that purpose. But if you are looking for activities and experience of any kind; you should chose another geographical area or maybe chose Alicante city. Even if there is convinient local transportation, it took some time to find out about lines and payment. And long waiting for the bus/tram. Reco to the leadership of the Hotel: restrict the top swimmingpool area to adults. The ground floor have excellent areas for kids where they can splash and scream.That would make your nice Hotel even better😀

Paid for parking (€15 per day), but constantly had problems with the barrier getting in and out of the car park which was frustrating. There are 2 lifts in the hotel and both of them have a strange horrible smell. Good location and lovely staff

Nice hotel, clean and modern with swimming pools. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are not. Location is not so close to the city centre, which in my opinion is a disadvantage, and it's not very close to the beach either, takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to the San Juan beach.

Alicante - hotel and city - well worth the trip!

Well, absolutely lovely hotel located to north of Alicante City, near great beach and promenade. You can easily reach the hotel or city via the TRAM lines 4 and 5. As for the hotel, we choose half board and got to say be it Breakfast or Dinner food quality was excellent. Only let down at breakfast, was a hot water dispenser and mugs for a cup of tea :-) The queue for coffee machine was too long. Bedroom was well mainted, but I wish the pillow selection was better and spme UK english channels on TV would help. DO NOT forget to use the pool on roof and sit and take in the views!
