We were told that breakfast was available in the mornings, and we were also told that a Coffee place “Wasco” would also be available in the mornings. Neither were available when we came down at 7:30 am. I tried to ask, but nobody was available at the desk. When I return to my room, I messaged as a reply to a message that I received from the front desk asking for room service. I received a reply that they would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later, I received another reply, saying they would be with me shortly. To this day, I have not received a reply back. When I wanted to complain, it asked if I wanted to receive a call back, you can see in the picture that I sent asking for a callback, but never received one. The bathtub was dirty and so was the toilet.
The best part about the room was the bed. The amount that I spent for two nights was way more than what I received.
