The room when we first arrived had some maintenance items, a bucket, spackle tool, an outlet cover off, a maintenance fan blowing on the wall and a strong odor of fresh paint or spackle. Called the front desk (Parker) and someone was there to remove in 5 minutes. Aside from that incident the room was clean. The resort is very nice, wish there were a couple more food options as the resort is quite remote. The golf course staff was very nice and helpful which in most cases is rare. Most golf course staff is rude and unfriendly. We had a great time and a lovely stay, the only reason for not 5 stars was the incident at the beginning.

Really lovely resort. I bit “rustic” in some ways, but over all an incredible setting, lovely and responsive staff, great gym/ exercise classes and beautiful new spa pool. We’ll definitely be back
