The hotel was great, you just have to deal with hills and stairs at the self parking lot. Casino was great, restaurants and the private river beach was cool. Room was ok on the cleaning but the only problem i found is that the 3 days I stayed they didn't clean my room until I check out. They ask If I want room service and no service was done. Great place for solo and family travelers.

We had to switch rooms because the first one had tissue on the windowsill, and stains on the wall. The second room we had had hair on the bathroom floor and a dead spider. Very questionable cleanliness. The adult pool was a great option and the river access was also a nice perk, however, the rules are very restrictive at the beach and the options to rent are ridiculously expensive.

Look this hotel is super outdated . Its says newly renovated … absolutely not . The smell says otherwise . The beach part is nice the pools are nasty . And to top it off we found bed bugs . And more people did as well. We went to complain at 12:30 am and they did not help us at all we were met with rude attitudes and bad customer service . Dont even waste yoir money its absolutely terrible
