Maintenance
The wifi was out while we were there. We stayed here last week also and the elevators stopped working. The ice machine on the second floor was not working both times. We stayed at a Hampton in Wilson, NC last week and this week. Everything works there

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues"
I had a disappointing stay. Upon check-in, the room smelled strongly of bleach, and although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, both the room and hallway had a cigarette smell. The bed blanket had a cigarette burn hole. I reported it to the front desk, but they just laughed it off. The shower also didn't work properly, with no water coming out to shower. Given the high price for one night, I am very dissatisfied and recommend looking for a better hotel.

Loved the amenities and breakfast offerings. Very nice staff at reception and checkout. Not crazy about the shower - water pressure not great on the third floor and the bath floor was slippery when I went to take my shower. Good thing I caught myself.
