The a/c unit was broken, and the room had a slightly disagreeable odor. The shower did not drain well. Wifi and elevator at least worked fine.

Homeless in back of building where had to walk dog. Charged us extra for checking in an hour earlier and windows had no locks just a thin dowel in track. TV remote was taped together, wasn’t working. Received a replacement taped together but it worked. Hallways dark and door was supposed to be secured wasn’t. Short staff we were told about no cleayof toom
