Room too small
For the price I paid I was extremely disappointed for the size of my room. There was 3 adults and the room wasn’t big enough. The beds were to small. Also the gentleman that checked us in seem to be sick and was concerned with him spreading germs while handling my credit card and room card.

Clean But….
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room itself. The shower was mostly clean but there was some mold. Our major issue was the mattress. We woke up every morning with an aching back. And the pillows provided were like throw pillows so we bought pillows.

Great staff but frustrating heater
Nice and quiet but the heater began acting up. It would start sending cold air into the room First we were able to stop it by setup the temperature but after a while the only way to stop it was to TURN OFF the unit Very annoying and they were unable to fix it

Very good lower priced accommodations. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. Only issue was they ran out of towels poolside on Saturday night. Everything else was excellent. Special praise to Lorne, front desk. He goes above and beyond to assist his guests and make them feel at home.

My fiance and i stayed here to visit Niagra Falls. Location was set away from road so it was very quiet. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast with sausage, eggs and waffles. Warm indoor pool with a really nice hot tub. The room was clean had soap, shampoo and conditioner availavle. Had a fridge in the room but no microwave, however access to 24/7 dining room if needed. Great experience, we would stay again! Lots of restaurants and a fun pool hall/bar down the street!
