This is our second time staying at this property for a family vacation. I have young children, and the facilities, like the pool, are excellent for them. The food is good, offering plenty of comfort food options. During our last visit, I was unsatisfied with the service and gave them a 3-star rating on a different platform. I believe they have improved since then, but their level of service still does not match the prices they charge. I hope they enhance their service further. Nevertheless, it's still an excellent option for people visiting the area.

A pesar de que el lugar en general es muy bonito, la atención del personal es pésima, la comida del restaurante no es buena, no recomiendo para nada el spa y el personal de limpieza no respetaba el letrero de no molestar y entraba aunque estuviera puesto. Nuestra estancia incluía una botella de vino y tuvimos que pedirla más de 5 veces. En los 2 días que estuvimos nunca funcionó la máquina de cafés de la cafetería, solo funcionaba como tienda. Nosotros no lo recomendamos ni regresaríamos.

El hotel excelente. Los restaurantes terrible. Sirvieron para mi bebé un platillo con pollo crudo, que además de ser asqueroso puede ser MORTAL. La parte de restaurantes no es el fuerte. El hotel es maravilloso. Los restaurantes sucios, servilletas tiradas, había comida de algún cliente que se le haya caído y en más de media hora ningún empleado pasaba a limpiar y nula atención con la preparación de alimentos. NO recomiendo los restaurantes. SI recomiendo el hotel, pero los alimentos NADA . Si llevan bebé NO PUEDEN CONFIAR EN LA PREPARACIÓN DE LOS ALIMENTOS, NO HAY HIGIENE EN LA COMIDA. no pongan en peligro a sus hijos. ES una lástima porque el hotel vale mucho la pena

Marcamos a recepción dos veces para pedir que nos dieran el kit de mascotas y la botella de bienvenida y nunca no la dieron. Muy mal servicio. El frigobar y los snacks que supuestamente te dejan en la habitación con costo adicional estaba vacío y al final nos enteramos que debían estar llenos.
