well overrated… has nothing to do with palace .. its a simple hotel located in some industial area next to a highway … rooms are spartan and old fashion like in the 80 s … breakfast starts at 07:00 but don’t think you can get any service at 6:59 not even a good morning … my recomodation : avoid if you can

Staff were very good. We were a party of 65 people and everything went smoothly. Manageress was most helpful in dealing with such a large group. All rooms sorted before we arrived and only charged for the breakfasts consumed. Would use Star hotels again.

Business Trip to Bergamo
The hotel is a bit far from main station, approx. 15-20 min walk (more than 1 km). If you have to use very often the train then you must book some other hotel as taxi is a bit too much expensive here. If you wish to see orio center then hotel near to airport is recommended

Had an okay stay so will book again.
Stayed in room 723 which was a good spacious room. Advantage of this one is there was a bath AND a shower. The shower is a bit small so showered in the bathtub, normally not liked by me but was okay for now. Walls are thin so when the neighbour is having a cold, you will hear him. Price is reasonable for what you are getting. Breakfast is very nice.

Hotel was okay, friendly people and beds were quite good. Bathroom outdated, small shower with a handle from the middle ages. Main issue was the thin walls between my bathroom and the bathroom of my colleague. She could hear everything which really don't like.

Nähe des Flugplatzes
Wir waren lediglich für eine (kurze) Nacht im Hotel, wegen frühmorgendlich en Flug aus Bergamo. Das Hotel war sehr einfach zu erreichen, später 5 Minuten zum Mietwagenparkplatz des Flughafens (ins Zentrum von Bergamo sind es allerdings ~20min mit dem Auto). Beim Check-in sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war sauber, Wasserkocher etc vorhanden :) zur Frühstückszeit waren wir über den Wolken, kann also nicht mehr sagen.
