Staff was friendly and room was ready upon arrival. However, room cleaning was not thorough. I found long hair on the attached shower products and a used toilet paper roll in the vanity. I just went ahead and did an additional wipe down of surfaces myself since I had small children with me.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained facilities that immediately made me feel comfortable. The rooms were super nice—spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff truly stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness. From check-in to check-out, every interaction I had with them was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with anything I needed. It’s clear they genuinely care about making guests feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—simply amazing! There was a great variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start my day. The only negative was, I was in a room by housekeeping- and could feel my bed shaking at various times in the night. First time, I thought it was an earthquake! :D After that, I realized, I was by housekeeping, and the machines in housekeeping kept moving the bed! LOL!

Staff has sticky fingers.
The stay started off for the most part normal. Weird thing is they have the doors lock and you have to be buzzed in. The room was nice and so was the breakfast. The problem started post check out. We were halfway home to Fresno, and I remembered I left my wedding rings in the restroom vanity. It hasn't been more then 2 hours since we had check out. I called the front desk so they could go up there and get them for us and we could drive back to Gilroy to pick them up. The young lady says the room hasn't been clean and they will go up there to check. She calls me back less then 10 mins that there are not there. I know I left them there. I check all my belongings and they weren't there. I then spoke to another gentlemen who says no one has gone in to that room since they won't be clean till the next day. I tell him well the rings didn't just walk up and leave. So either you haven't check or one of your employees pocket them. He said he would give me a call back if they found anything. No call received. My husband then calls later that afternoon and the lady at the front says the room will be clean that day and they will give him a call back. No call received. Just be careful when staying here. Don't forget your valuables like we did/ even though it's an expensive hotel the staff have sticky fingers. Or if your staying multiple nights don't leave anything valuable if there coming in to clean your room. Very disappointed in this hotel and its management.

We requested for some towels they didn’t bring any when we came back to the room in the pm we had to call again to get the towels.. it will be nice to have rooms cleaned how it used to be prior to Covid… we pay a lot for our stay to get no room service
