Everything was top notch. If you are looking for grand and classic this is the spot. Great staff. Patricio and Sebastian were great. The breakfast is amazing. Hotel was amazing, conveniently located in Recoleta and close to AEP airport. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast was the highlight, sadly we were only able to enjoy one morning as our flight was early morning and had to leave before breakfast opens. I wish hotel provided packed breakfast, I requested but they asked to charge me for coffee and some pastries to be packed.

Everything about hotel is amazing. Gorgeous decor and very friendly staff. This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Most hotels today are too modern and boring looking. This hotel has so much character. Will definitely be staying again.

I only experienced breakfast at the cafe. The beef empanadas and cappuccino was great. I didn’t eat at the restaurant. The comfort of the bed was ok, not the best for my preference. Everything else was clean, great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s safe to walk around. It has an Italian feel with grand columns, and crystal chandeliers

I'm not sure that I have ever stayed in a hotel that felt as "grand" as this one (and I have stayed in many luxury hotels). Our room was fantastic (it was a Mirador junior suite; the view was outstanding, and I hear that you really want to stay in the recently-renovated area of the hotel). The pool was relaxing, rooftop bar great, and breakfast the best I've ever had. Next time I come back to BA, I won't stay anywhere else.
