Absolutely beautiful location and wonderful host.
Just a PSA for guests, the accommodation is at the top of a very steep hill. We chose not to hire a scooter and walk it every day, which is manageable if you are able bodied and reasonably fit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa!
Even though it’s only a 5-minute drive from the island’s main town, it feels completely secluded, giving you the chance to fully relax while still being just a step away from everything.
A special mention goes to our host, Eva – she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind with anything we needed.
Eva, if we ever come back to the island, we will definitely stay with you again!
We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting – it’s a little slice of paradise! 🙏❤️💐🍾🥂

Perfect Stay
This was a lovely Stay with a very warm and personal touch.
Evi was always responsable, she organized everything, from getting a car to renting a Boat.
The Housemaid was lovely, always a nice chat.
We will defenitly do this again.

Great service! Loved the room and the yard with the pool. The only thing to think of is that you need to rent a car or a scooter to be able to go to restaurants and supermarket. We walked to Gaios which took us about 30 minutes.

Amazing time and gorgeous surroundings! Evi the property host was so friendly and helpful - even helping to bring us food from her brothers delicious tavern one day when I was sick and we had no car. The pool was a great addition to have access to and the walk to town was only about 15 min. You could easily walk to other villages and dining options as well. Easy parking on the premises as well. Evi thank you for everything 🙏

Fantastic!!
Evie is the most beautiful soul. She helped us with everything. She picked us up from the port helped us to get a car and helped us with locations.
The room was super clean, cozy and the area calm.
The only thing was that the location is a bit strange and you need a car.

Really great place !
Really great place ! Family apartment on 1st floor with a lot of space in all rooms, very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, in a very quiet place (the residence is the only building around in a forest of olive trees). The layout of all apartments is smart enough to offer intimacy to all guests on their own terrace. Only five minutes from main village (Gaios) by car or scooter. The outside is very nice, great pool with sun beds and umbrellas. The manager, Evi, is super nice and friendly, she welcomed us at the port and led us to the residence. Definitely a very good place to stay when visiting Paxos !

Hotel incrível. A dona, Evi , é o que há de melhor no ser humano. Foi nos buscar e levar no porto, providenciou o aluguel do quadriciclo, de barco privado. Nos deu várias dicas de locais melhores pra visitar, comer, onde estacionar etc. A Vil Elaia é muito charmosa, confortável e conveniente.

Fantastisk hotel! Den sødeste vært som både hentede os ved havnen og kørte os til stranden efter vi havde afleveret lejebil. Idyllisk placering og smukt og rent hotel. Kommer sikkert tilbage.

Wer einen ruhigen, idyllischen und besonderen Ort sucht, ist in der Villa Elaia richtig. Der Ausblick ist Wahnsinn! Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und sauber. Toll war auch das Bücherregal, an dem man sich bedienen konnte.
Der Weg nach Gaios ist möglich, jedoch beschwerlich (steil, Nachts ohne Beleuchtung, holprig). 1-2 Mal machbar. Auf Dauer ist jedoch ein Transportmittel sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Vermieterin Evi steht jederzeit bereit für Tipps, bei Anliegen und auch für den einen oder anderen Transfer. Sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir nochmal nach Paxos kommen, dann auch in die Villa Elaia!

Teras sabahları çok güneş oluyor kahvaltı yapmak mümkün değil.mutfak tezgahında priz yok. uzatmalarla katle, kahve makinesi, tost makinesini çalıştırmak durumunda kalıyorsun. konforlu değil. uzatma kablosunu bulana kadar zorluk çektik.. banyoda yeterince ışıklandırma yok ve konforlu değil. Çözülebilir seviyede .

Réception depuis le Port de Gaios par la manager de la villa.
Appartement d’une extrême propreté donnant sur la mer avec une belle terrasse.
Seul inconvénient, le prix du petit déjeuner était compris dans la location, mais il fallait réclamer pour en bénéficier (biscottes, beurre et confiture). Très light.
Il aurait été plus simple de mettre du pain, du bacon et du fromage ainsi que du café durant le temps passé, puisque nous disposition d’un réfrigérateur.
Encore merci à Evian pour son accueil et son sourire.
