This is my second time staying at The Westin on M st NW; both experiences have been perfect from check in to check out. The mini fridge wasn’t working in my room and was promptly fixed, staff was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was great again, Donna behind the bar was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 recommend, I will be making this my go-to hotel for DC trips!

Great place to stay. The A/C never really worked great. The room never really cooled off but other than that it was nice and in walking distance of so many restaurants and places to visit and explore. There is a 24hr wawa just around the corner and a CVS just a little farther if you need it.

The staff was very kind and responsive to our needs and worked around our schedule to make it convenient for us to get the items addressed. They had a great list of local restaurants that were close by and shared happenings in the area with us. The staff was above and beyond helpful and location was close to where we wanted to visit.
