Friendly helpful staff and super comfortable beds. However the TV kept failing which was annoying at night when we wanted to relax, and the curtain wasn’t wide enough to cover the ranch slider window. Great restaurants almost directly opposite. All in all was fine for a stopover in Kaitaia.

Good laundry facilities & bonus of a swimming pool & spa. Separate room for adults sleeping. A little outdated in apartment but functional. Would benefit from a clothes line on balcony or airer to dry swimming togs (eco friendlier).

"Surface Clean", but still generally dirty. Had to keep resetting the cistern in the toilet to keep it from continually running. Property next door is horrendous, thankfully it can only be seen out the back windows. Chairs were uncomfortable, beds moved so you couldn't sit up in bed and pillows were awful.

There was mould or black spots on the curtain nettings, no air con so when we woke the windows were wet, and was too cold to keep the windows open for airflow, the curtains didn’t fit the windows in the main area, so it was either draw them to one side for privacy but the outside light shines in all night, or draw them to the other side to block out the light, but then you’ll be seen sleeping. No recycling bag or bin, and there was dirt in the tray that holds the hot drink sachets. Such a shame because the lady at the front desk was lovely
