"We were late arriving but it wasn't a problem, the night porter was expecting us and check in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious and immaculate as was the bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our tv but it was sorted within minutes of our request. I used the spa and the swimming pool and both were great. A lovely hotel and lovely staff. We hope to be back soon."
