First time staying at this property. Very clean, very nice front staff. Mt son and his girlfriend were here several days before we arrived. They loved the hot tub! The only issues they had was how much they heard the people above them walking around. Lots of dogs there, but I didn't hear any barking.

We were amazed at the quality of this motel. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The bathtub/shower was relatively new there were four good pillows on the very comfortable king sized bed. Considering the cost of the room, we were very impressed!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and didn’t need to ask for anything since it taken care of before needing to ask. The place is a little dated but was kept fairly well. My biggest complaint was the grout and caulking needed freshened up in the bathroom. The housekeepers were on top of their game and provided what was needed without asking. Would stay there again.

I gave it 4 stars as this was ideal for a stay with our 2 dogs. There is ample grassy areas for short walks and doggy business. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was ok, and the coffee is very good. It is also located within close proximity to downtown Gettysburg and the National Park. We will stay again when we have pets in tow.

Hotel was great and a good location. The only issue I had was when entering or exiting the front door, the staff were sometimes smoking. You had to walk through the smoke to get to your vehicle. Since this is a non smoking Hotel and I don't smoke either it was kinda frustrating.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was clean and adequate for our needs. It's in a great location, just outside of town, but not too far to scoot in and enjoy the town. Our major complaint is that the beds are too hard. Some might like hard beds, but we are in our 70s, we need beds that are firm, but not too hard. We woke up each morning aching. But we loved the folks and location.
