Nice interior and very kind and helpful staff. The bed was comfy. The only negative thing to say was that the AC was not working very well, but the staff seemed to take that seriously when we told them, so hopefully that will be fixed very soon. Very good value for money.

Staff not particularly helpful .. room was quite dark or very bright with the overhead lights. We thought it was supposed to be a 4 star but was definitely only a 3 at best . No breakfast option either . I was looking for a simple no frills hotel and the Allure fit the bill perfectly. The room was clean and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't really trouble the reception or cleaning staff during my stay, but was always greeted with a friendly smile whenever we did interact. The reception team spoke excellent English and dealt with my check-in, check-out and taxi request efficiently. The location of the hotel is very convenient for cafes and restaurants and I was able to find all my meals,change currency, replace my phone charger, get a haircut and buy sunscreen within a 5-10 minute walk.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly upon check in. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The bathroom/shower all worked and was clean. There is no longer a restaurant there so breakfast was not included. The fridge in the room was not working and the air conditioner only functioned as a weak fan but did not cool the room. The plants decorating the second and third floor were dead in their pots. Some dead plants outside as well which lent a depressing air.
