Stained carpet, whole condo smelled like dirty feet, ceiling was falling in master suite, tub was filthy and no instructions to check in or any information from facility. Worst stay ever.

The unit was not what was advertised. We rented this place for 2 but there weren’t even 2 chairs at the table so we weren’t able to eat together or have our coffee together because we were only given 1 coffee cup. I did go to the office to ask for these things so they sent someone over with extra plates and silverware which we did not need. The lady at the office was apologetic and offered me a $20 voucher for the hotel restaurant for the inconvenience but I would have preferred to have had the comfort I expected from the resort.

Staff was great and very friendly. Property is old and outdated - a timeshare property in an Airbnb world I guess. The reason I won’t go back is because we put our 10 month old down in the living room to crawl around. 5 minutes later, her hands and knees were filthy like she had been crawling in the dirt. I showed the photo at checkout and got an “Oooh… okay thank you.” Not sure if they will do anything about it but that’s why I won’t be going back. After that, everything felt nasty.

The place was nice and clean, however, the TV was very small, the DVD player didn’t work, the air conditioner was loud and one of the control buttons didn’t work. The insulation to the room above us was not very good, we could hear every footstep and every bed squeak which kept us from getting a good nights sleep

Non Accomodating for circumstances they created
I was told on checkin that they were sealing the parking lot tomorrow.I went to move my car and we would have to walk a 1/4 mile back to our room.My husband is handicapped and asked for a room we could walk right into. This was at 8AM that we would have to be out and would not be able to get back in until after 5PM.I called the desk to see if they could move us to another room because of our situation. They said yes but not until after 11AM.I agreed packed us up and went for breakfast.Got to checkin and she was moving us to a $700 more expense for me to pay on top of my already pd amount.I can not aford this I said and she said let me see about something else. She said all she had would cost me $500 more on top of my already pd amount.I was not paying $800 plus dollars for 4 nights I told her and it was them moving me because of the circumstances. She did not agree so I kept my original room and the maintnance manager at the hotel helped me unpack my things back in my room and we left until after 5PM.The maintenance gentleman, Rick, was so kind and helpful to try and make our vacation enjoyable. His site is gorgeous and he does an excellent job keeping it up.So sorry the rest of the team is not as kind and helpful to accomodate their clients.I will not be coming back to this hotel because of the rude checkin gals and the service that they provided.

Not worth the cost
When we first walked into the unit, there was a really bad smell so I called the front desk and they sent someone to spray deodorizer in it. Then the ac went out and maintenance came and fixed the problem. Although, this 3 bedroom was more efficient than having to stay in hotel rooms, it really needs some updating. Other than this, the location is perfect.

The rooms were clean, but small, other than the golf course, most other amenities were closed (in door pool, exercise room), no internet available for the first two days of our stay and had to almost yell at service people to get them to fix the problem on the second day. Service desk closed at 8pm . probably could have stayed at a cheaper motel and at least got breakfast
