Pleasantly Surprised! Don’t let the “vintage” appearance deter you from staying here. The room was quite large and clean, had a nice bathroom and super comfortable beds. There is a convenient tram station right across the street!

I stayed for one night with my sister and we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were fantastic and so very helpful, we forgot toothpaste and the front desk was happy to help. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We had the best sleep we had in months. The breakfast in the morning was one of the better grab and go breakfasts we have enjoyed. We will definitely be back again.

Great location in lovely suburb. Had large room , great bed and couch. Enjoyed the beautiful outdoor pool. My only concern was the breakfast, with everything from plastic cutlery & plates to multitude of packages with only milk, bagels & apples fresh. Such a lot of landfill and surgery cereals. Even in room plastic cups in plastic bags. It’s a labour thing but wish they could overcome. I also felt lack of garden cultivation stood out after visiting Bellevue tow with exceptional street flowers. The good certainly outweighs my negatives

Great staff, clean comfortable room! Amazing outdoor pool! This was perfect for an overnight stay- good rate. We loved everything about our stay here, But, it is evident that the building needs renovation- if only the company would invest in a renovation of such a gem of a hotel. Renovation meaning keep the cool tiki vibe of the original hotel but - new carpets, paint, new roof, etc. Needs TLC! With a little renovation would be an outstanding place. Definitely recommend for a stay but, would love to see an investment in the cool retro hotel that it is- keeping the cool vibe of the "Rainier Room" all the features that make this hotel endearing. Great location. Really loved the vibe. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great pool, clean room, great staff, great location for a visit to Bellevue.

The rooms were clean, but it was very strong with room spray. The girls at the desk were very unfriendly. Never smiled, and didn't talk much. It was clean building and couldn't hear the freeway which was awesome!
