The hotel is veryngood, the location is super, bus stop number 100 is right innfront of the hotel, it will take you directly to Alexanderplats. The rooms are ok, but no watter bottle, or phones or any room service. But you can get everything very cheap in supermarket in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean and safe.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. So helpful and very knowledgeable. There are a lot restaurants in the area and very easy to get transportation. The room has AC and breakfast if needed. There’s also a bar in the lobby :) Cons: though there is AC it’s dated just like the rooms. The area is a little rundown as well. A little updating would do wonders for this hotel but worth the stay.

The hotel is nice but the building has not aged well. The elevators are tiny, one had a cracked mirror dropped in plastic sheet. The shower curtain still had long hair stuck to it when I arrived, so the staff changed me to another room. The new room's bathroom's tiles had dried brown shower gel solidified on it. I flagged it, but it had not been scratched off by the time I left, too bad. The breakfast was great, and the staff was nice.

AC didn't work. Room was filthy and extremely small. Receptionists didn't even say hi when we walked in. The card machines at the bar didn't work and they couldn't put the tab on the room so the bar was practically closed. Only good thing was the location, close to shopping and restaurants/bars.
