Friendly but issues with room
Friendly staff. Breakfast was just ok. Several bugs in our room (approx 50) which were determined to be lady bugs. Front desk already knew about the lady bugs when mentioned at checkout. We were told this is an issue in some of their rooms, front desk clerk did not have any other comment in regards to the complaint. Not sure if we would stay again.

A decent overnight stay.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a bit dark, as there wasn't enough lighting. It smelled as if it was recently painted or renovated, however there was a large unpainted repair above the window. It was quiet, which was nice. Breakfast was decent and included hot items. No fruit, however.

Wonderful stay returns to this hotel whenever we are in Crossville . I do find the chairs at the high top table in lobby too high couldn’t get up into chair, Height of the chairs to high

I just needed a place to crash for the night and this provided that. The bathroom had newer sink area, but the rest was older. It does have a tub, so would be good for traveling families. lobby smelled of mildew, but the room was fine. Breakfast was so-so. It was exactly what I needed- a very comfortable bed to crash for the evening.
