Really nice quirky hotel. Front desk staff are lovely and give lots of information. Bed and room was excellent and comfy. Only downside was the shower been small, anyone over 5"8 will struggle to get under the shower head. The lights where a little confusing too. Overall a good stay and would visit again.

Four of us (all adults) spent just one night in Glasgow and had reserved three rooms at the hotel months in advance. When we arrived, the check-in was smooth and the staff gave us terrific recommendations for dinner (we chose The Butterfly & The Pig and were very satisfied!). The room my boyfriend and I stayed in was super cute and comfortable, and we were surprised by how quite it was given the location. The building used to be the Education Department and the architecture both inside and outside was really cool. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was yummy, too. We slept well and the location served as a good base for our adventures :)

A short walk from the train station. This lovely old building is a fabulous hotel. Wonderful staff. Clean room. The most comfortable bed!! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
