Exceptional 10.0
Clean hotel not to far from the station which was good for us advice we arrived by train from Florence. Basilica Santa Maria Major right on your doorstep and within easy walking distance of all of the sights to see in Rome. Breakfast was good freshly made croissants, fruit, toast, salami, cheese and eggs. The room was clean, large shower, plenty of room to store luggage.

Not a good Experience
The room was nowhere near what was shown on the picture on your website. Large, cold and uncomfortable. The double bed was made of 2 iron camp beds with wooden slats one of which came off at the night. The third bed was similar and the mattress on it was in 3 parts and extremely uncomfortable. Despite repeated complaints we were assured that there was no problem and room was not changed despite request twice. The heating in the hotel (in 1-3 degrees) was time bound and switched on at 7 PM to Midnight and then 5 Am to 10 AM or so. The breakfast was average and nothing hot was available. Apart from the excellent location of this hotel nothing else is worth writing about.

Verona Rome
Good location for the hotel however it could do with a revamp/ lick of paint and have tea/coffee in the room. Also the use of an iron & ironing board would be helpful.

Really nice for the price
We had a lovely stay. To be honest, the room was a lot smaller than any of the photos. We stayed in 504, it was clean and comfortable though. The bar wasn't open, nor was the courtyard, but it's December and that wasn't really a problem, although I'd have hoped the bar was open so we could enjoy a drink in-house. The staff are lovely, very friendly, and speak English well. Breakfast was great - pastries, ham, eggs, salami, cereals, fruit, toast and jams etc, Fruit juices and a coffee machine with cappuccino, americano etc. The place was a little gem really, very clean and friendly, with daily maid service. Perfect if you're on a budget, and very central. All in all, it was great. Already planning to rebook as we are back to Rome in March. Very happy with it.

Central hotel
The hotel is central for everything, the reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpfull, giving information on the tour bus and directions. The room was small but adequate for our needs and with a nice balcony. The breakfast was fine, no hot food but plenty of pastries, bread etc. and coffee. If visiting Rome again would consider this hotel. .
