Excellent stop in SLC

Can't beat that price in downtown SLC
Great value for the price. Soft beds and pillows. I really liked that the parking lot was gated so that there wasn't anyone who wasn't a hotel guest loitering around. Very decent breakfast too.

It was terrible you have homeless people all over outside the hotel is kinda rundown when I went there was a bed just leaning against the railing the bathroom had mold in it the sheets had stains on them coffee splattered on the door. All together it wasn’t clean it’s in a bad spot in the city and the owners don’t care about the property don’t come here. Spend your money at Hyatt or Hilton

Secured fenced in parking lot But someone drunk woke me up at midnight trying to get in. I heard another person tell the drunk person that was the wrong room, that wasn’t the hotels fault but still annoying.

Only motel I’ve ever stayed at with fence around it — liked that. Many homeless people around — local said after 20 years here, he’s never had an incident. Great burger joint a short walk away. Very nice breakfast and clean room. Recommend.
