Hotel ok for slleping but poor for breakfast
Breakfast and the restaurant and bar facilities at this hotel were a big disappointment. A pleasant restaurant had been turn into a large sports bar. The breakfats used to be excellent with a good choice and wide variety of freshly cooked food. \Now you simply sit at the end of The Sports Bar and help youself to cold scrambled eggs, lukewarm beans and sausages. Not a great breakfast especially compared to this hotels previous high standard

Disappointed viist
Our arrival was handled well and we got to our room with little difficulty. Food was acceptable although not exceptional. The restaurant is situated in the bar area which is Ok for a relaxing meal, but totally inappropriate for a quiet evening meal with family and friends we had travelled from Kent to meet. It also seemed that disabled parking was a joke, as Gym users and other non disabled people used the spaces as they were closest to the hotel entrance. We stayed there on a previous visit, and were impressed, but it has changed and not for the better. We will not re-visit this hotel.
