Staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfast Buffett is excellent and food is delicious. Hotel and rooms are super clean and the location is central to downtown and train station. Shopping and restaurants are nearby, area is safe. Only, depending on where the room is located it can be noisy at night.

Good hotel. Good staff. Good location. Wanted to use spa on arrival, but it didn't open till 5pm.

Excellent staff, functional clean rooms. The only omission was the absence of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Great hotel near train station, which was very helpful because we were traveling in the area. Air-condition not working well during the night. Not sure if it was because it was turned off.

6/10 Good

Great location and easy to get to from train station. However, bed mattress was very frim and not very comfortable, also was woken at 4.30am by loud noise from outside of waste being collected.

6/10 Good

The room was cleaned daily but was a bit shabby. The beds were reasonable. The bathroom was ok, but hot water was fitful and it was not often hot enough to allow a bath. No tea making facilities. There was a safe. Quiet enough. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. I'm gluten free and that was catered for. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Our room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly but not over the top. I would have given this 5 stars but they couldn’t provide us with wash cloths which I’m guessing is common in this area? Also no free coffee, there was an espresso maker in the room that made teeny cups of coffee but we are Americans, we like big cups of coffee. Our hotel in Amsterdam gave us a carafe of coffee to take to our room. Now that made my husband smile!
