I liked that it had a sauna during this season, sadly very that is advertised in this hotel works, including the app. Waited 2 hours last night for an on-app service, but had to walk down to lobby to find out that it was only 1 staff on duty, she was overwhelmed by on-app requests and no-one can help. Heating in room was broken, TV remote was absent, the lobby eating area was dirty, with half-full cups of coffee standing around at lunchtime, the floors had spills on them. Not a good experience. NH Hotel group won't ever get another booking frim me.
