The staff and the business owner were simply lovely and really responsive when I have a question or demand. The place was clean, really nice and i wish I could have more time to enjoy it. It's a bit further away from the centre, but I recommend a lot, a really nice and sweet place with lovely people working there.

Hotellet ligger vid parken la Mejorada och ger en mysig känsla. Tyst och fantastisk innegård. Frukosten var fantastisk också. Rummet var stort och lite enkelt men det räckte. Wi-Fi är lite ostabilt ibland.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Service was excellent. Very attentive staff. Restaurants are a few blocks away but Merida is very safe. Walked the area at any time with no problem. If you plan on taking public transportation to visit nearby towns, bus stations are very close and a large Mercado is a short walk away. Overall my wife and I would stay here again.

Amazing place! Caring and informative hosts and wonderful breakfast. And the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, a green oasis in the middle of the city. You can’t really tell from the pictures but the patio and the pool/garden area is truly wonderful.
