The pictures looked great! Not! First, they gave us the wrong suite! And…it was dirty! The housekeeper came up to clean it when we went out. No noted difference! No plastic trash can liners. One sad was cloth never replaced. There was a room service menu with a phone number that didn’t work! When asking the Front Desk about room service or most anything…they knew nothing! Very disappointed!

La habitación esta muy completa, la cama es muy comoda y se encuentra en muy buena zona, pero... no me gusto que la funda de una almohada estaba manchada, las paredes sucias (deberian pintarlas), las toallas si estaban muuuy viejas, en lo personal me dio cosa usarlas y la televisión nunca agarro el wifi, en fin para dormir esta bien y llevense su toalla.
