I have stayed several times at this property across 15 years. It is great site with a beautiful view of the fjord. The staff is always helpful and engaged. Breakfast is great and my room is always clean. The rooms are very Scandinavian with the shower being larger than many such hotels. There is no AC. I will continue to stay at Kolding Fjord Hotel!

Vi boede i ny lejlighed i sidebygningen med fjordudsigt og terrasse - Granly/ Fjordglimt. Vi nød den private terrasse og tekøkken faciliterer. Vi savnede en dobbelt topmadras og bedre opbevaring af tøj i soveværelset. Der er ingen knager eller kunst på væggen. Gulvtæpper er ok, når det er helt nyetableret, men bliver uhygiejnisk med tiden.

- Fint familieværelse og smukke omgivelser - Poolen var ekstrem kold, så vores børn ikke fik noget ud af badeturen - På trods af bestilling af roomservice 2 timer i forvejen, var den forsinket 15 min, så vi må ringe til receptionen. Da maden ankom manglede der flere ting, som medarbejderne måtte hente af flere omgange - Ved afgang fra hotellet viste det sig, at hotellets underleverandør havde kørt og revet parkeringspladsen med en mindre traktor, der havde resulteret i flyvende sten, som bl.a. havde kostet os en smadret siderude i bilen. Først ved ud-checkning, da jeg spurgte om videoovervågning fra deres parkeringsplads, oplyste receptionisten os om, at underleverandøren havde gjort opmærksom på uheldet. Receptionisten havde hverken kontaktet firmaet eller indhentet kontaktoplysninger på det. I stedet var hun yderst uhøflig, og synes tydeligvis, at vi var til besvær på trods af at skade var sket på hotellets grund - og af deres underleverandør. Alt i alt et pænt hotel. Men servicen er virkeligt slet ikke de 4 stjerne værdigt.
