We stay here often due to its proximity to Ball Arena. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we often get upgraded so the room is plenty big. Love the welcome drink and we always split the 2 egg, bacon, potatoes and toast breakfast because it's way too much food and is cheap when you apply the $10 credit they give you. Definitely recommend Hotel Teatro.

The staff at the valet station and the check in desk were very helpful, friendly and professional. We had significant problems with the heating and air conditioning in our room. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our issues with the room. Although we had problems with the room the fact that the staff was so helpful they rescued our stay.
