Front desk wasn’t friendly. Room was neglected and falling apart and ac was so loud we had to turn it off and sleep in a hot room all night.

The room was clean and spacious. Had no problems with check in or check out. My husband got stuck in the elevator and we got the sense that this may of been a common occurrence at this location. A printed paper was placed in the elevator with a number to call if this happened. Front desk was able to resolve the issue without leaving the desk. Breakfast had a decent selection but no juice just milk or water.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. That was what I wanted. Many security cameras monitoring the parking lot. Easy on and off Interstate 40.

Continental breakfast was OK; We stayed Monday through Sunday morning. Hot options on buffet were alternated every other day which was OK. Breakfast area was kept clean and restocked at breakfast no matter what time we were there from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.
