The beds were firm which we love and it was convenient. The breakfast was not very good- the eggs and sausage were horrible and not a lot of choices. The pool area is so loud and echoey- they need something to absorb that sound better. Bring a fan if you need constant noise to sleep.

Really nice hotel, very clean, resonably priced. The only thing that i was disappointed about was that the jets on the hot tub barely worked and i was really looking forward to the hot tub. Other than that, it was good

At check in the woman had been eating food, licked her fingers and used one hand to do everything else to check us in. Once in the room it was noted that huge scratches were made from moving furniture, rips in the curtains, large stain in the chair, pleather covering was ripped on the chair In the bathroom hair was on the floor and cut fingernails. I used a towel to clean it up, and the towel became black/red with whatever was all over the floor. I asked to move rooms and brought her the towel. No appology was given and she said she would try as they were full. She did. Next room was in similar condition. I didnt have time to check bathroom floor as we had some other guests joining us.
