Good expierience overall, could be improved with better information on controlling the room temperature as in room dial did not work for fan and temperature. Had to switch on or off only with fuse box switch! Hotel maintenance could be better as bedside lamps were also ĺoose on the wall! Great location though next tobus station and spacious room and reception staff were helpful..

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we raised the issue with the bed sheets, which they changed promptly. Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, almost like dirty pipes or drains, and the bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. The pool was also quite small. Overall, despite the friendly staff, the cleanliness and smell were disappointing, so I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great hotel in central location.

It was a very short trip en route to a further destination, I have visited Tarragona many times before and I know this hotel well so I knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, very comfortable and clean hotel in a great central location. A good breakfast buffet, nothing to fault and highly recommended.

Nice hotel in the city centre, ideal for a city trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, and the airconditioning works perfectly. Maybe I was unlucky with a leaking showerhead. Also the sealing edges in the bathroom need a redo. Nothing major tho.
