Perfect location near the bus terminal. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area with a lovely view of the city. Very comfortable beds and good housekeeping. Loved out VIP treatment and if we go back this would definitely be our choice again.

Desktop was exceptional. We're very polite, helpful and accommodating. Best front desk service ever. The interior was very well appointed and very tasteful exceptionally clean, and the gym area was outstanding with every piece of equipment you could possibly think of. Would stay there again.

Placed in a room on 11th floor with 2 young children with constant sounds of building works going on, drilling banging from 8am - 5pm, no other rooms apparently available, Housekeeper was really poor not changing or attending our room till 6-7pm, even when room had been attended left with Torn bedsheets and lazily tidied room (more then likely not tidied at all)
