Room was nice, however constant banging thudding early morning which started at 08:00ish everyday and went on as late as 01:22 one night. Also strong smell of smoke on the corridor which would eventually be strong enough to wake you in the morning. Location and room was excellent just let down by a couple of unhelpful staff members, like not being able to book a taxi and the noise (no idea what it was) and smell of smoke on the floor which you would of thought staff would of smelt and resolved.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal Phuket City Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spacious, quiet, and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also used the hotel spa during our stay. The massage was excellent, very relaxing, and professionally done. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and we would happily stay here again.

Definitely value for money! The room was decently sized. The hotel was beautiful. We had a spa package included and it was amazing. The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was always very crowded and there was a variety of options, but we didn't enjoy it as much as our previous accommodation. The hot drink machine always tasted watered down and the fruit was average. There was a 7 eleven just down the road and a couple smaller restaurants, but if you went down the side street there was a great little night market. I think the pool/gym is shared with the public so you have to sign in to use it which was a bit annoying, but not a big deal. Once again, staff were friendly and always willing to help.
