Wow. Not in a good way
Just worn down and dirty. The owner stopped caring about this place a long time ago. It takes me a lot to give anything below 3 stars this is the first time I do.

Bad judgement in my part when I checked in and wrote a misguided complaint. I was in the wrong but got things resolved and enjoyed the rest of my time there.

Don't go to hotels with three dogs
We never got to check in our three dogs were a problem we were going to pay for one even though they all three were service animals and we could have left one out in the kennel in the truck and that was also unacceptable and they still charged us for the room

Not great, but rested well.
The photos for this establishment on hotels.com are not accurate or updated. The hotel is very run down and there were black smears all over the doors and walls. The bedding looked clean, but old and worn out. The toilet had fecal smears in it, so that seems to imply that the room wasnt cleaned thoroughly. That being said, the staff was welcoming and we had a good experience with checking in- we arrived at almost midnight and were greeted kindly. We had our dog and it was great finding a place that didnt charge for her to stay in the room with us. If we hadn't been so tired, we may have left to find another place, but over all we had a good night's rest and the hotel was quiet.

Very dissappointed
This hotel is very misrepresented on hotels.com.the hotel is very run down and a huge misreprentation of Red Roof Inn. We have stayed at many and this one is not a good represantation of their hotels. Nothing like the photos. And the directions take you to the middle of town.

Upon arrival, the Front Lobby was very hot and there was a hand written sign stating No Cable TV Service. I asked what was going on and that I didn't want to stay there with no TV. He went and took me to a room to show me it was working again, and the TV was jumping and digitizing. I also noticed the walls had patch work done and left large white spots behind. It was a dump. I told the Owner I didn't want to stay and to let me out of the Reservation. He said no and to contact Hotels.com. I couldn't reach anyone and left to go to Days Inn. I'm calling my Credit Card Company to cancel the charges. That place is unacceptable. We had issuses with them last year too. I will never go back there again.

I normally dont leave reviews if I plan to return but unfortunately I do not plan on returning. The room was dusty, dirty and half of the lights in the room didnt work. The bedding smelled like lysol spray which has me concerned that thats how the bedding was "cleaned", the pillows were lunpy and old.

We showed up with two registered service dogs and were told we had to get two seperate rooms. It was 11 pm. We had to go find a different hotel and we were still charged. Pet friendly? Not at all. And these were not pets.

You get what you pay for!
At first, owner accommodated us because we had two dogs, but because of this, put us in a room infested with dead cockroaches on the floor and on the bed and the restroom went back into let him know we were leaving, and he gave us a different room. It was cleaner, but not much cleaner. he went in before hand. I’m assuming to sweep up all the dead bugs shower curtain looks like it has never been washed was very uncomfortable to shower, especially for my kids because of all the stains and dirt on it we had to get Lysol wipes to clean the room ourselves to feel more comfortable, he was very creepy checked in on us stood outside of our room. Pool was not usable. Looked like a murky swamp. every time we use the ice machine he came out to check and see what we were doing. Also knocked on our door to let us know it was check out prior checkout time and then waited by the door. although the room was big with three beds, I agree it was spacious, but never coming back because of the service and condition of the rooms and pool.

The room was stuffy, AC was off. When I turned it on it smelled like mildew and didn’t cool efficiently. Holes in sheets, stains, hairs that weren’t mine on the sheets. Shower had no cold water. One window wouldn’t lock and it was a first floor room.

Turn on some a/c for summer time guests
We've stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years mostly because there are a few rooms with 3 beds which is great for our family. Normally the room and price are fine. This time we arrived in the early evening when it was over 100 degrees and our room temp was just under that outside temp. It took 4 hour to cool the room to a comfortable temp. And the summer rate was about $100 with no extra comfort...that's for sure.
