We will never use them again

We were never able to check in and ended up paying for a room we could not use. We were a late arrival and tried calling ahead to confirm our room. We could not understand the person we called and they couldn't seem to understand us either. They hung up on us 3 times before we gave up.

I booked to go to the ABATE Freedom Rally in Algona. I asked for extra pillows and was given 3. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked great. It needs some more upkeep but overall, i would stay here again.

Water leak in bathroom that had water puddling on the floor, no sweetener or creamer with the coffee, flies abound. Staff offered to change rooms, but we already had felt too uncomfortable to stay. We left a night early and lost a night of cost. The hotel really needs a renovation.
