This was a great stay, overall. I traveled with three kids, 8-14 and they loved the room. We booked a one bedroom suite and the door between the beds and the living area was very appreciated and served us well. Unfortunately, the pool is being renovated and moved outdoors, so we couldn’t take advantage of it, which would’ve helped with the kids, but overall, the property is clean, and amenities like the mini fridge are appreciated. There is a microwave on the first floor, but not in the rooms. The area is in the middle of attractions, but was still quiet and safe. I also appreciated not having to pay for parking. The trolley is also an added bonus that took us to the stadiums for free. I would recommend and we’d definitely stay again.

Was very disappointed . There was construction in the building , I was going to sleep in because I didn’t sleep well, the room was hot when we got there and took several hours to cool down . The pool was closed & to be demolished . One of the reason we picked it was to swim . The beds were terrible , springs or just wore out mattress , not sure what it was . Very disappointed .. that I was not told or sent message about construction , no pool . And we came back Sat evening the temp was hot again ! Should have at least got a discount . Room was clean, omelettes were very good. And the name was changed , thought we were at the wrong location at first , name on outside had been changed !! But I was never told or send that information . Disappointed Expedia did not contact me . Not sure I will use it again .

Stay was ok. Very nice staff. I could swear they advertised a pool when I booked room but there is no pool, use to be. Room was warm but maintenance was quick to respond. Bar under construction but they had make shift bar in lobby. Place has potential just lots of renovations going on.

My friends and I booked a room for the weekend and when my friend was showering shower valve fell on her foot and when maintenance guy came to fix it he just said sorry for that and didn’t not offer if she needed ice and when we asked for water after concert at front desk lady was asleep woke her up and she said there were waters in the gym room gym room did not have waters went back to receptionist and she had waters right next to her

Our stay was very disappointing. The pictures online for booking are NOTHING like the actual hotel. The online pictures show a newly remodeled hotel. In person, it is run down and under construction in places. We booked a double queen and got a king/couch pullout. There were another person's belongings in the room when we arrived. The couch pullout was ridiculously uncomfortable, like sleeping on the actual springs, and the bedding given for it didn't even fit. We were told at the front desk that the room we booked was not available because we booked through Expedia. That should not matter at all and we did not even book through Expedia. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

The hotel was not safe. They were doing renovation my daughter got stuck in the elevator they had no food no jacuzzi no restaurant they still have paper bag all downstairs it was a horrible experience I would never rent over there again.

The biggest problem is they charge $10 per person for a TERRIBLE breakfast. Also, ice machines were not working and when I asked for ice they gave me half a cup. Is there an ice shortage around there? I mean COME ON. I need more ice than that! It was like I was asking for their kids teeth or something. Property is under-construction. Rooms were modern and clean.
