The only downside is that the floors have a couple rooms that are separated from the elevator by a few steps that make it difficult when you have a lot of luggage. That aside, the rooms are very well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything is very clean.

16 Aug 2026This hotel was ideally situated for enjoying everything the town has to offer. The hotel itself was fantastic — clean, modern and very comfortable, with friendly and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home.
Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice and a great way to start the day.
The town itself is a fantastic place to visit, with so many amazing places to explore, beautiful scenery and plenty to keep you busy. It’s also a proper foodie paradise, with an incredible choice of restaurants, cafés, pubs and places to enjoy great food.
A fantastic stay in a brilliant location. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend both the hotel and the town. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

8 Jun 2026I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. We were welcomed immediately and felt right at home, the staff were absolutely amazing as was the room and the food (which breakfast is included so no extra spending and it’s better than places we’ve paid extra for for breakfast).
Our next visit in Killarney we will definitely stay here again, without question.

8 Mar 2026This hotel is amazing! We had a short but excellent stay here! The property is so beautiful, location is great, and the staff were so welcoming, nice, and caring! Joann with the restaurant made us feel like home and we enjoyed her attitude and grace. The food was also excellent. Definitely want to come back and stay here longer! Also the park is close by and so are all the amazing restaurants and sites.
