We really enjoyed our stay here. We were very lucky with an upgrade to "The Ambassador" suite which was perfect for travelling with the children. I come to the Park Royal as part of a solo weekend away. I was so impressed from beginning to end. The check in was seamless and the room was just incredible. My only critique (and I’m digging so deep here) would be there was no passion fruit or prosecco with the Pornstar Martini. I will definitely be going back and cannot recommend enough. Upon arrival we were informed that we were the guests of the day which included a room upgrade free drink and free mini bar in the room which was a wonderful surprise! The man on reception was efficient and polite as were the bar staff. We ate in the lounge food was nice along with breakfast we used the spa facilities which were clean and a great way to relax. The only criticism I have is that the bar area has a smell of dog which is just a personal preference but other than that a great stay and we will be back!
