Feather pillows are awful
Bar tenders were helpful. They told me about a local food delivery app that came in handy. No complimentary coffee. Paid about $3 for a small cup of plain black. Room was fine except the pillows are terrible! After a sleepless night the first night, all I wanted to do was come back to the room and get some rest. Didn't happen with these feather pillows. So now 2 straight sleepless nights.

Convenient and comfortable
A ten minute walk from the terminal is this very welcoming hotel. Customer service was excellent and every member of staff I met was both friendly and professional. Yes, the room,was dated but comfortable and sufficient for a short stay. We were there for 3 nights and we were happy with our stay. A nearby Metro station takes you to the city centre in minutes.

It was a little too far from the airport to walk to in the rain, but in better weather I would have done that rather than pay $20.00 for a 5 minute taxi ride. It's only a 5 minute walk to a metro stop. This is a very basic hotel about 15 min walk from the airport which is its main advantage. Room is basic but clean. No fan or air conditioning. Bathroom with hand soap only. Worn carpets and sad looking curtains. Lobby is nice with open areas for sitting and working. There is a breakfast buffet in the morning but it is not included with the hotel stay. I did not try it.

We were offered no refund for our hotel . We canceled due to many horrible reviews. A refund would have brought us back to Best Western and Hotels.com. We will be using another website and different chain in the future.
