10/10 Exceptional

Although I only stayed 1 night. Everything was good. I have no complaints.

Good choice for budget travelers. We were there with a broad assortment of travelers, all of whom were nice and polite -- we weren't slumming it. Quiet place; even with the breakfast room nearly full, it was the quietest conversation level we've ever heard. Also, well located across from major regional mall and near many good restaurants.

Pretty good hotel near tons of restaurants and shopping. My son left his glasses and they were very kind about it. They mailed them right out and were here in two days. Very kind. Very convenient.

nice stay

I like how I was able to check in early and also the front desk staff was nice and quick with the process. The room was clean and nice and upgraded. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were so thin and small and the outside hallways and elevated needed some upgrading.
