I booked one room with two queen beds for a leisure trip with my family. The facility was easy to get to, plenty of parking and was within walking-distance of the Quaker bridge Mall. Check-in was easy. The desk clerk was friendly and informed us of where breakfast would be served in the morning and the hours of breakfast. The overall room was clean. It featured a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean but the toilet made a loud howling sound every time it was flushed and there was no bathtub but only a shower stall (may not be good for guests traveling with small children.) The fixtures looked old but they worked. That night when I turned down the bed linen, I noticed some pink stains (looked like juice splatter)on the sheets and the pillow cases of one bed. When I removed the edge of the comforter from under the mattress, there was an ugly brown stain on the underside. I was grossed out at the thought that maybe the bed sheets had not been changed between guests. In the morning I told the front desk and showed pictures. They immediately sent housekeeping. It's nice that breakfast is offered, but don't expect restaurant quality. It's enough to break the fast of overnight and nothing more. We were gone for the whole day. When we returned in the early evening, the whole room had been cleaned and the sheets were clean but the same comforter with the brown stain was still left on the bed. Check the sheets when you get in the room.

I like how I was able to check in early and also the front desk staff was nice and quick with the process. The room was clean and nice and upgraded. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were so thin and small and the outside hallways and elevated needed some upgrading.
