not often I give max points - I'm please to do so for this hotel. Stunning service and so nice to see happy and motivated staff. Great bar and great Breakfast as well. Location is perfect. will be our go to place when in Barcelona from now in.

Brilliant location, excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff always willling to help from reception to restaurant! It was my wife's birthday weekend and we had come to Barcelona for a long weekend to celebrate; the staff helped to provide lots of special treats and surprises to make her feel special! My only minor negative would the dark interior of the hotel and rooms (possibly for ambience reasons?)

Faultless service. Welcoming and friendly without feeling fake or forced. Great location and rooftop pool bar is wonderful. Our TV didn’t work but we didn't report it as it wasn’t a priority.

Wonderful and faultless stay
Stayed at this hotel with my partner for a birthday city break. Can't fault anything about this hotel at all, from start to finish it was wonderful. It's extremely stylish and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Our bedroom was comfortable with lots of nice small touches (e.g chocolates and water with turn down). It was my birthday during our stay and we returned from a day trip to find a bottle of Cava and two glasses waiting for us in our room. I was extremely touched by that generous gesture. Roof top is a delight as well. The staff even reunited me with my scarf that I thought I'd lost which was a great bonus. I genuinely can't say enough positive things about this hotel. Excited to stay here again some time especially as the local area was perfect for local exploring and going further afield.
