Conveniently located on the outer edges of the city and easily accessible from the ring road. Good tram access to the centre of Nantes. Friendly, multi-lingual staff who really went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Clean comfortable rooms. Our family room with interconnecting doors made a real difference and the Nespresso coffee machine was very welcoming indeed!

Was a little disappointed that we couldn't get anything to eat we haven't realised the restaurant doesn't open on Sundays. There was no kettle to make a hot drink. Just a funny little coffee machine that we couldn't even get to work and the breakfast really wasn't that good. reception staff were lovely. Reception area was very nice.

Hôtel très propre, personnel aimable et à l’écoute, très bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse. Je n’aime pas les restaurants de chaînes d’hôtel mais je dois reconnaitre que celui-ci était plutôt meilleur que les autres :) Je dois revenir à Nantes pour le travail, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel car il est facilement et rapidement accessible depuis la gare en 15mn de tram.
