We stayed in a family suite and the ac didn't work in the second room. Complaints 3 times with a maintenance man coming once did not resolve the problem first night. When we returned the second day from being out, the air was cooling. It was 35 that day so we returned to room to rest and construction noise above our room made that impossible. We were offered another room on the 5th floor but we chose not to take it. Throughout our stay staff were amazingly friendly and tried to be helpful.

Marco one of the staff in the front desk was very helpful and nice. I appreciate that they let us checked in early after a long flight. The breakfast was good, but it was all the same every day. The place is close to airport, and you can take u we going the to city center in a very affordable price. The hotel is clean and the size is good,too.
