Location was great! Parking at property does not accommodate larger vehicles but they had additional parking close by so it wasn’t a big deal. We mostly walked everywhere or took trolley. Hemingway House was extremely charming and eclectic just like St. Augustine. The staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was always accommodating and the rooms were clean and adorable. Great central location that was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. They let us check in a little early and showed us around very nicely at check it. Noisy beer garden area nexr door on friday night past midnight. We also could hear guests in the hallways, on the shared porch & on the stairs. We had to park our regular sized SUV 2 blocks away in a smaller area than we parked in on site when unloading the car.

This property on Charlotte Street is great because it's close to everything. Parking is included. Breakfeast was good because everything was freshly made.
